Will this work with the Bolt VB-22? I need a reflector like this for the Bolt flash
The Bolt VB-22 and the Quantum Trio share the same mount. This reflector is to for Trio and therefore it is not compatible with the VB-22. Bolt sells a B&H# BOVBUMK. It may be what you are looking for.
