The Panasonic AW-E750 is an upgraded addition to the Convertible Camera System. This camera can work in a multitude of professional applications from remote pan and tilt to studio configurations. The camera uses a 2/3-inch 3-CCD system for ultimate quality video along with custom color and detail features. The addition of any of the optional cards give the camera functionality for your specific needs. This improved series of cameras can adapt up to 2 cards for a faster transition to another function.
Convertible Camera System for a Range of Functions
The AW-E750 is the 2/3-inch version of the Panasonic Convertible System Cameras. This camera can adapt to studio configurations with 2 different cards, one for analog, the other digital output. These options allow video output for a studio viewfinder and also intercom communications. The digital card outputs SDI, uncompressed digital video. Other options pertain to remote operation with or without the range of System pan and tilt heads.
Superior Processing Power
Though perfectly suitable for remote operation functions like sporting events, news, traffic and weather coverage and other places too unfriendly or too small for a camera operator, the technology present in this camera is up to big camera standards. With a 12-bit analog to digital converter the digitization of the video signal creates very sharp, detailed images with natural color. Diving into the menu system, custom picture looks can be achieved with sophisticated color matrix adjustment, both chroma and dark detail correction and 850 lines of resolution.
Low Light Sensitivity
The camera can be used effectively in remote locations for security or surveillance. With a minimum illumination of 0.005 Lux with an f/1.4 lens aperture, the camera can peer into dark places where even the human eye would not be effective. When used in scientific or other ultra-low illuminated conditions, the camera has the function of accumulating light over extended times for exposing a single frame. With 2 second accumulation mode enabled, the AW-E750 can grab detailed images with only 5/100,000 (0.00005) Lux. Now that's a small amount of light.
