Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than clipping gels on barn doors After years of clipping gels onto barndoors, now I prefer the clip them onto these Tota-frames. Then my gels don't get bent and damaged. They are also held a little farther from the hot light. I've used them on Lowel Omnis and Tota, so far. They come with built-in gel clips, but sometimes I use small metal binder clips, especially if my gels are not cut exactly right. For the price and the weight, these are worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I'm equipment manger for a video production company and we own 6 of these. We've folded and opened them hundreds of times and one has yet to break--simple in designed, but very reliable. The only thing I would like to see is a tightening thumbscrew where the frame attaches to light to stabilize the gel/gobo a little better--minor point--

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's okay.... This filter frame holds gels for your Lowell Tota light. It does an okay job of doing this but is quite a bit awkward to work with. I had to fumble with this thing quite a bit before I was able to get it just right. Even then there was quite a bit of light that is wasted. Also, you cannot use an umbrella and this at the same time without a separate stand for the umbrella.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works like I had hoped I had been struggling with how to mount gels in front of my lowell lights for some time, especially when they are in a soft box. These work great and collapse down to a small size that easily fits in my kit. You can buy the regular rosco gels and cut them into 4 panels that clip onto the front of the holder. I would buy them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tota Stuff Still Works Great! I've had my Lowel light kit for ten years. The tungsten light delivers the warm color I like for my work in HD, TV, the web, and digital displays. The accessories like these fit perfectly, are lightweight yet durable (I bought these as extras). I like fluorescents too but when I want a more cinema look, I always use the Lowels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tota-Frame Fits perfectly in my Tota light. Folds up nice and compact. Only problem with it is that the 10X12 size isn't big enough. If you actually cut a gel to that size, there will be a lot of light spillage outside of the gel. I've been using standard sized gels and awkwardly clipping them so that they overlap the gel frame.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A waste I'm used to shooting with daylight balanced Flo lights. I got lowel tota lights for travel. They work great except for being 3200K I bought gels and holders but there is so much spill that it was pointless. I did order a cc lens cap that worked out well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit for a Monet! A wonderful addition to the Lowel line-up. This flexible, compact get holder easily holds gels and diffusion material an effective and safe distance from the lamps. Folds to a very compact size and is very stable.
