I don't own a Lowell Tota, but I use this with a clamp and magic arm to put gels in front of my COB LED lights. It's solid, works like a champ.

I’m looking for the polarized 10x12” cardboard frame gels that go with the Lowell tota light and frame I can’t seem to find it in the search engine the one I was looking for says pola axis-glare filter on it

Whats the best way to mount this in front of a light?

Hope I'm not too late with this explanation.There's an arm with a small slot in it that pivots out just above light. You then place the gel frame arm into that slot & tighten the set screw down on it and the gel frame securely hangs in front of the light.
