The Adapter Plate AP148 from Coronado is designed to mount a SolarMax 90 filter to Meade's 5.0" ED APO telescope.

SolarMax filters are not stand-alone devices; they must be used in conjunction with a secondary interference/blocking filter. The SolarMax 90 filter can be purchased in a kit that includes the correct blocking filter for your telescope's focal length.
