Manfrotto Autopole Reviews

Yes, but....

This autopole is a solid and simple to use addition to my studio. However, when I ordered it I ignored the many reviews that warned that it might come without the rubber feet that go at each end. Sure enough, my pole arrived in a (non-Manfrotto) box that was missing both ends! And there were no feet. I contacted B&H, and several days later, they sent me replacements (only one was Manfrotto, but they both worked okay). I'm not sure how to deal with this likely problem in advance and Amazon buyers cite the same problem. It must be a Manfrotto issue — fortunately, B&H customer service is the best.
