Do NOT use this plate! I've used this plate only twice and both times the camera has fallen off. I followed the instructions and made sure it was well tightened. I believe the screw is defective in width and/or length. I am not a newbie at this and I always double check all my attachments on the tripod and camera before using or moving them EVERY time I set up and several times during each shoot. This item has failed BOTH times. The first time it happened I thought perhaps it was an error on my part and I didn't tighten the screw all the way. After all, I am human and could have made an error. I was lucky enough to catch my camera and lens the first time. So the second time I triple checked to be sure because I was paranoid. It failed again! I wasn’t so lucky the second time and I now have a broken 70-200mm lens and a7R IV camera. I have the same plate on my 200-600mm lens that has not failed (yet) but am replacing both of them with the RRS Sony replacement feet for each lens. I do not trust this item at all!

I used this on two Canon lenses -- 70-200 and 100-400 -- so I could quickly attach to a monopole fitted with a quick release arca tripod mount. Fit snugly. Finish got marked up after a few days of usage but did what it was supposed to do.

It fits well and is the recommended plate for the Sony 70-200 F4.

Due to the design of the plate and its anti-twist flange, this is much more suitable for a telephoto lens foot than it is for a camera. We'd recommend other RRS plates for camera bodies.

Hello, I have this lens plate, do you thing it will work with the Really Right Stuff MH-01 LR Head lever release?
Jorge, it will definitely work... but remember that all manufacturer's plates are made to slightly different tolerances. As long as you stick with Acratech plates on all of your cameras and lenses, you can adjust your lever tension accordingly. But if you have one plate from one manufacturer and one from another, the amount of tension to keep each plate tight might need to be adjusted every time you switch. This isn't an issue with knob-tensioning systems but is with lever actuated ones. But it will mount and secure properly as will any Arca Swiss style plates.
