The HA-802 2-Station Cassette Tape Player/Recorder from HamiltonBuhl is a conventional cassette tape recorder that offers all of the typical functions found in a small tape recorder, such as play/pause, record, fast-forward, and rewind. The built-in microphone provides an all-in-one solution, and a 3.5mm microphone jack is included should you wish to use a handheld microphone. Automatic level control keeps your recordings at an optimum level. There is an LED record/power indicator so you can see the unit's status at a glance. A USB port lets you play MP3 files off your flash drive and buttons are provided for navigating files on your connected drive.
A built-in speaker lets you clearly hear playback, and two 1/4" headphone outputs are provided for private listening. The unit has 1W of power for clear playback. You can even monitor your recording through a pair of headphones. The tape recorder operates on AC wall power from the attached 120 VAC cord or four optional "C" size batteries.
