Is HamiltonBuhl HA-7 compatible to be used with hearing aid devices as being t-coil enabled?
These are not t-coil compatible. However, The simple solution is to wear a full-cup, like these Hamilton-Buhl headphones. Since your hearing aids only amplify sound to compensate for your hearing loss you would leave them in, with the full-sized headphones played at a comfortable level and you will hear what everyone else with normal hearing would hear.
