Will this also 'absorb' light or only to block light out? I'm wanting to stop strobe light bouncing around my small studio that I can't paint so thinking of putting a few of these on stands by the ceiling and walls.
Asked by: Cameron
Yes, the fabric used is Duvetyn, its absorbs a certain percentage to light.

question

Do they make these in black on one side and green on the other?
Asked by: David
Matthews does product a rag such as the Matthews Solid Digital Green Screen (8 x 8'), which is green on one side and black on the other. However, the black portion is just used as a backing to prevent light leaks. https://bhpho.to/2kunHVF

question

Can I clean and/ or wash this product? And if so do I need to take it to a dry clenear or can I do it myself. I have heard that the fire replant treatment may go away. Please let me know

A solid is used primarily on a frame to block light. if it gets dirty I use a shop vac and gaff tape to remove debris. You never need to wash them and I am not sure why you would. If it gets wet, hang dry it for as long as possible and as open as possible to avoid mildew.
