Is there a way to remove the risers to reduce the working height?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the center riser on the Matthews Junior Steel Wheeled Stand (12.8'), B&H # MALSJTR; it has a fixed base and is not removable. If you need a shorter stand Junior wheeled stand, I would recommend the Matthews Low Boy Junior Double Riser Rolling Steel Stand - 6'3", B&H # MALSJLB, for your usage needs.

If you don't need full height, is it better to extend the top riser or bottom one for stability? Also for sandbags do you put around the risers in middle or at the ends of the legs? Thanks
We always suggest bottom risers and work your way up for more stability.

Does the Matthews Mini Boom #427802 attach to this, or do I need to get an adapter? If so, which?
