Matthews Telescopic Stand Extension Reviews
Overpriced For Flimsy Gear

Receiver Is Too Shallow So It Doesn't Fit Baby Pins Well, Which Is It's Main Function. This Cause The Whole Riser To Lean To The Side Making Whatever Gear You Use To Be Unleveled And Potentially Unsafe. The Knobs Are Also Cheap Plastic So They Also Have The Potential To Make Things Unsafe. Unfortunately There Aren't Many Higher Quality Risers At This Height So It's A Lousy Makeshift Way To Have To Work.

Yes you can use this in reverse. It is always important to use a safety cable when you are rigging overhead and you would need to use a safety on it as well as the light.

question
I am looking for something like this but with a baby plate to mount to the ceiling instead of mounting two parts with a separate baby plate. Do you sell any telescopic extensions with baby plate?
If looking to bolt the plate into the ceiling, you may only do so by using a separate baby plate like the Matthews Baby Plate - 3 B&H # MABP3 with this extension.
