Samson Microphone Clip Rim Drum

It works

I work for a church/youth ministry. I bought these to replace one that broke after several years of use. I wish they came individually packaged as I only needed one but had to buy three. It was holding a Samson Q Snare mic (Please don't ever buy the Samson drum mic set). I was relieved when they came in to find that it comes as pictured with the standard mic clip (not included in the one that comes with the Samson mic set), so I used it to hold an SM57 (I'm not exaggerating when I say it's far superior to the Samson Q Snare). It seems a little weak to hold the SM57 (lots of play and movement and I had to tighten all the points of movement to hold it in position). All in all, it's not great, but it works.
