What is the load capacity for mounting on drop ...
What is the load capacity for mounting on drop ceilings? Would I be able to mount a 4' Pavotube II 30C on here? Or an Aputure F21C?
Should be able to hold a 4' pavotube , the mount is only as strong as to what it is attached to.

How do I use this to hang a GH4 as an overhead camera? What other accessories do I need?
I've used a Matthews Riser Combo Stand, with a few grip arms, and sandbags with either a tripod head, or a Lowell Stud Connector. Hanging off of a drop ceiling may not be the best idea.
