Clamps completely around the stand riser and is adjustable from 7" to 13". The Baby terminates in double 5/8" pins. CAUTION: Place a sandbag on the far leg with the same amount of weight as the light fixture. This will prevent tipping of the stand.

I bought this to mount a tether tools keyboard / laptop table/tray to a small rolling stand.There is another vesion with has a slot for a buttplug baby pin adapter makes the whole contraption even heavier so i was glad that this version exists. It's weighty but not crazy heavy. It does not seem to work on Matthews C-stands without some type of shim but Avenger c-stands or any stand with a slightly thicker shaft should be fine. Great quality. This will last forever.

I only own one of these at the moment, but I'll likely buy more for other accessories. I have this mounted to my Matthews magic stand in combination with a Kupo plate for my laptop. To avoid scratching my C-stands too much, I have a couple pieces of foam tape on the inside. I wish they came with the option. Like all Matthews products I've ever ordered, this came with the bare minimum for packaging. Heavy duty is understating it for Matthews products. It feels like a part from a tank or a battleship and will likely outlast me.
