So far, for me, this is the most cost effective way to supply power to my belt-pack. AA batteries are always becoming cheaper to buy, than buying the original rechargaeble battery pack and charger from Telex. I've count that it would take me about 3 to 4 years of buyinng AA batteries, before it cost me more than the Telex kit, and by then, might need to replace the original Telex battery anyways, but can keep this batteri holder probably for ever !
