I use to buy this paper but the company started shrink wrapping it so tight that the paper would bow after several attempts at discussing the issue with the manufacturer I gave up. It has been two years and I am wondering if the paper is still overly shrink wrapped, that the paper is bowed and stays that way?
I purchased a package of 8 x10 , 50 sheets Duo Matte paper on August 2, 2015. Yes, the paper was packaged tightly shrink wrapped. However, this did not effect the removed paper. The paper was flat when removed from the shrink wrap and stayed flat after having been run through my Epson 1400 printer.I will purchase it again as well as their 11 x17 Duo Matte paper.Paul F. Where can I find an ICC profile for this paper? I cannot find it on the manufacturer's website. I have an Epson SureColor P800.
Inkpress is now providing profiles for many printers. I don't think I can link to the page where I found them but they are easy to find on the Inkpress website.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has used this photo paper with the HP office jet 4652? Is it compatable? Thanks!
I have used with it with an HP office jet, but not the 4652 and it worked great. I use it all the time to print my scrapbook pages and also have printed photos on it. Works great.
