D-Pro Zoom SLR Digital D-Series Soft Pouch (Black) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from ultimate holster! So for me this was perfect! I wanted something that would be good for wearing my 5D with a zoom lens (the 24-70mm L) that wasn't the bulkiest thing alive. Great for bike rides, walking around and sightseeing. There is a little snap that screws onto the tripod screw thing on the bottom of the camera and attaches to the inside of the camera so when you take off the cover there is no need to have to hold it. Also if you are going backpacking or traveling and want one camera, and one lens, this will provide some protection in your backpack. A bonus is that I no longer get those annoying hip bruises from my camera banging into me in a crowd. Obviously there is no real protection if you drop it or spill an entire beer on it but it's right for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fix I have the Cannon 7D with a 24-70mm lens and this pouch is covers it perfectly. Its exactly what i need when i place my DSLR in a non camera bag. I am sailor and when i go to shore i use a dry bag that protects from the water but not from impact. This pouch gives me the impact protection that i need when sailing and at restaurant bars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Goldilocks Size I have the OpTech Pro size cases in the long snoot version and the short snoot version. This one (the in-between} was just right for my Nikon 28-300 with hood reversed on a D800 with the battery grip..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from moderate protection I have an 18-200 zoom lens that I wanted to protect. I wanted a compact cover for my camera that would protect against banging against walls or protrusions when carrying the camera around my neck--like on a trail or street or in a building. This cover is light weight, easy to use, but provides only moderate protection. It was reasonably inexpensive so I decided to keep it and try it out. At a later date, if it proves inadequate for protection, I may seek a harder cover. Also, it is form fitting and will fit easily into my larger camera bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent fit for Nikon D810 with RRS L-Bracket and Lens I bought this model to accommodate both the Really Right Stuff BD810-L bracket and a mounted lens. The case is long enough to close around a Nikkor 200mm AI-S lens with an inch+ to spare. The case stretches tight over the right-side grip, because it is not formed to fit. Inserting the camera into the case is more fiddly than the genuine Nikon case for my D200. I overlook these two minor irritations because I need a protective cover for the camera with its ever-mounted RRS L-bracket. This case does the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Modern Never-Ready Case I have several of these OpTech cases. They work well and can be attached to the camera or strap so they hang down when shooting. They work really well for vacations/trips for extra protection while being carried in packs or bags (particularly non-photo packs), and for quick-on/quick off shooting--even in light rain. NO--not waterproof, but they help. They also may not draw as much attention to the camera while walking down the street. People will know it's a camera, but it doesn't blare out Nikon, Canon, Sony, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted I wanted a protective cover that could be placed in a backpack and frequently worn over the shoulder to take photos while hiking. This cover offers the perfect solution to my problem- I went ahead and got the zoom zize to accomodate any possible lens changes I might make (currently I am using a 18-140mm lens and there is about an 1 more space to accomodate a larger zoom). I don't mind the extra space, more cushion !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect!! I have this on my D750 with battery pack and 28-300 Zoom lens. It fits PERFECT!! It protects my camera when I walk around. I like that it does not have Nikon written all over it, so it does not advertise to anyone what I am packing around. (I don't have the Nikon D750 strap on it either). It also protects my camera from getting bumped around while in my big bag. Oh yeah...one more plus...It's made in the USA!
