No it is not. The Shure RPW116 Condenser Replacement Element for Shure SM87A Microphone Transmitters. The microphone cartridge is completely compatible with Shure L, LX, T, EC, SC, UC, ULX, SLX, Performance Gear, UHF and UHF-R series handheld wireless transmitters. For a Lectro system you would need a Shure RPW120 Beta 87A. B&H part number BH #SHRPW120.
