question
I'm impressed with JBL Control Contractor Series. I'm planning to have a set of speakers to build up a home theater from this series. However, I'm missing the center channel which I don't have any clue how to replace this position from control contractor series. Then, I'm going to the 2nd issue which is the subwoofer it's PASSIVE & it won't work with AV receiver. Control 19CS come in pair subwoofer, I thought may be subwoofer plate amplifier going to solve this issue but I'm sure. It seems that it won't going to work. Does any body have a suitable solution to my concern?
For the Center channel I would suggest to use the JBL Arena 55IW In-Wall Speaker. I have implemented a similar approach with my system and it works great. Regarding a subwoofer - I would suggest the JBL Arena Sub 100P 10 Powered Subwoofer also.
