question
what is this device used for and is there anything else that goes with this device to make it operatable or is it just the earphone and sr-50 and you can hear whomever?
The SR50 receiver is part of a complete Assistive Listening system. A wireless transmitter unit is required that will send signal to the SR50. Options available would be the portable PST-170 https://bhpho.to/2mbUZYX or the table top ST-300 transmitter unit. https://bhpho.to/2kQGvNC For a stand alone unit, the Williams Sound Pockettalker requires no additional hardware. https://bhpho.to/2lOM0vP
