The AKG WMS400 wireless microphone system provides user flexibility while remaining cost effective. The system features UHF, frequency agile operation for large or small applications.
The SR400 receiver features 12 user selectable UHF frequencies. Diversity reception enables twin receiver circuits to compete for the strongest possible RF signal. The diversity circuitry minimizes noise caused by RF interference and signal drop out. The rear of the unit features balanced XLR and 1/4" phone outputs. A back-lit LCD provides channel and frequency information, battery status and more.
The PT400 body-pack transmitter features the AKG C444 L cardioid headworn microphone. The microphone features an ergonomicalyy designed frame that conforms to a snug fit behind the head. The transmitter is powered with AA alkaline or NiMH rechargeable batteries, remaining powered for up to 8 hours. The PT400 also features a back-lit LCD display and Mute switch.UHF Frequency Agile
The WMS 400 series wireless features 12 user switchable UHF frequencies. This provides the flexibility needed when using in high RF environments or with multiple systems.
Infrared Transmission Link
The transmitter and receiver communicate via an independent infrared signal, allowing channel and frequency set up of both components, from only the transmitter or receiver alone.
Noiseless Switching
The PT400 handheld transmitter features noiseless ON-MUTE/PRG-OFF switch.
