Sanken Foam Windscreen for Sanken Cos-11

Overall pretty good

I bought these because I was working in an environment where the cast was sweating profusely. I saw a video when the Lectro WM's came out. The rep recommended dipping the the M-152's foam windscreens in Thompson's Water Seal, ringing them out, and this should help water wick away from the element. I thought I'd try the same thing with these. Although the foam isn't as thick as the M-152, whether or not this trick worked, I still have dry elements on my COS-11's. These are just straight foam though. I thought at $*ea. they might still have the snap on mechanism that the other windscreens provide. The down side is that this things pop of easily and I've already lost a couple. I'd recommend a small piece of moleskin to adhere it to the Mic.
