While this adapter likely has some very relevant uses, I mistakenly bought it thinking it wound work well for mounting my Zoom H4n. The device I had intended to buy had two washers: one to tighten securely onto the H4n and another to tighten onto my camera. This only has one which means I have to over tighten the H4n onto the shaft to keep it from rotating.
