Rated 2 out of 5 by from not one you think it is.. PLEASE READ when i bought this, i thought i was buying matte finish photo paper like the ones at photo labs. I was wrong. Photolabs actually dont use matte paper. they use luster paper for there matte finish. they just say it is matte. it is not. this paper is just extremely thick office paper. the only use for this would honestly be greeting card, business cards, presentation work, flyers, graphic things, arts/crafts etc. nothing else. The definition of matte paper is no shine at all. Now if u go to a photolab and select matte paper, you get a sleek mild shining paper that still brings out colors. this is called LUSTER paper. other than that the paper works fine, everything is great as it should. but just be aware that this is not photo paper that you probably think it is.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product I use this product for printing photos of my son for a photo album I've been making. So far, I really like the paper. The pictures always come out really crisp. I used to use generic photo paper, but its obvious that using the proper paper makes all the difference. The one thing that I dont like, is the fact that its easy to accidentally print on the wrong side of the paper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected When I ordered this paper, I was thinking that it would be something like the matte photo papers that you get from professional printers. Boy was I wrong. This paper is truly nothing more that extremely white cardstock. It has absolutely no shine to it whatsoever and is no different than printing on thick copy paper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh I understand now why people have trouble telling the print side from the back. It really is like a piece of not-too-heavy cardstock. I have to hold the paper in window light to tell the difference between the white(r) front and back. Print quality is fine from our Canon MP620. Easy to load this paper in the back tray and print 5-10 perfectly acceptable photos to send to relatives. Probably will try another paper when we get through this bunch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best 4x6 matte paper I could not find this kind of paper locally except in a craft store. It was very expensive and poor quality. Canon's paper is true to it's name, high quality and reasonably priced. I recommended it to those who are looking for a different look than the glossy. I like that you can tell which side is the right side and that it doesn't jam the printer like the other brand I bought. Try it, you'll like it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not really paper, more like cardboard This paper was completely useless. It was so thick that it was more like card stock than paper, and because of this is completely jammed my inkjet printer. I can't really speak to what a photo on there would look like, but there was barely any difference between the matte surface and a piece of white cardboard. Don't buy this if you're looking for something that fits the conventional definition of paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good and affordable paper This is actually great paper for cheaply printing 4x6 prints. I use it for everything from prints I send my clients to invitations for my kid's birthday party. About the consistency and weight as card stock so I was able to print my baby's birth announcement on it and everyone thought I ordered them from Tiny Prints. I have a canon printer, not sure if that matters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product - I will buy it again Normally when I try to print names, dates, etc., on the back side of a photo, my smart printer spits the paper out and asks me if I really want to print on the wrong side of the paper. With this paper, My printer accepts either side as photo paper so I don't have to re-insert it to print info on the backside (the photo goes on the brighter side).
