The round ZEISS Lens Hood for 25mm and 28mm, B&H # ZELS25, is more compact and blocks the rangefinder view less than the square ZEISS Lens Hood for 21mm and 25mm, B&H # ZELS21; however, the square hood has a cutout on the top corner so that you can still see through the section interfering with the rangefinder view.

Can this be used to the 50mm 1.5 Sonnar ZM since the have similar filter size?
The Lens Shade 25/28 ZM will fit to the ZEISS C Sonnar 1.5/50 ZM lens, since the lenses share the same 46mm front diameter and bayonet ring. Keep in mind, this lens shade is designed for a wider angle of view and will not provide the same protection from stray light as the lens shade designed for the 50mm lens.

As far as I know, it is only available in black.
