I needed to replace the mic clip for my trusty old AKG D112 bass drum microphone. The only ones I could find from AKG were $30! Then someone on a forum recommended trying this Audix mic clip. It fit my AKG perfectly and saved me about $20 bucks. It arrived quickly and I already used it on a gig. Great find.

The Audix Microphone Clip for Stand Mounting D-Series, SCX-Series, ADX-Series and TR40 Microphones is designed for holding small diaphragm condenser microphones with smaller diameters than that or the Samson Q7x Dynamic Supercardioid Handheld Microphone and would likely not fit the Q7x in an ideal manner. The Audix D-Clip is compatible with the Sennheiser MKE 600 shotgun microphone, as the MKE 600's barrel diameter (approximately 19–20 mm) fits within the D-Clip's 19–23 mm outer-diameter range.
