Designed for professional videographers on a limited budget and video hobbyists, the WR-PRO by Azden is a single-channel, camera-mountable VHF receiver with 2 selectable operating frequencies, allowing you to switch between frequencies if one is noisy or experiences interference. The wireless operating range is more than 200 feet. All receivers and transmitters in the PRO Series use the same circuitry and operate on the same 2 frequencies, F1 at 169.445 MHz and F2 at 170.245 MHz, making them interchangeable and allowing you to add to your system at any time.

Very good sound. Have been using this system for years. Trouble free and been told our sound in very good. Use it for my Cable TV shows on local public access. Quality is far beyond the price break. Compares to our $1500.00 units. Steve E. kaiser Producer/Director Mary on the LooseTV.

question
how do I mount a WR-Pro wireless receiver on a Sony HDR-CX430V video camera?
Unfortunately that camera has a hot shoe on it. So you have nothing on the camera to attach a cold shoe to. But you can circumvent this minor problem with a Vello CB-510 Dual Shoe Bracket. This bracket will screw into the bottom of the camera where you would normally attach the camera to a tripod. Instead you will screw the Vello bracket onto the camera. This device will now give you 2 cold shoe mounts that are part of the bracket and a rubber coated handle that you can now use to hold onto your camera. The Azden receiver should have a shoe that came with it that attaches to the back of the receiver. All you have to do is slide the shoe mount on the receiver onto one of the shoes on the Vello bracket. Then plug the output of the receiver 3.5mm plug into the camera. Here is the B&H part number for the Vello bracket. B&H# VECB510

question
This says it's IOS compatible. What IOS system must be running? Will it work with a iPhone6 plus? Also, if I am shooting video with my mobile device, can I use the mic set up for the audio on the video while shooting the video at the same time I have the audio rig set up to that same device ? I'm trying to shoot video with my device but get better quality audio then my iPhone has to offer.
I wasn't able to find where it said iOS compatible on this page, but maybe I'm missing it. If it does say that, it's not exactly correct. But if the question is, Can you connect it to a smartphone to record audio while shooting video, the answer is yes. You will need to get our HX-Mi adapter cable or some equivalent so you can plug into the phone's headphone jack and connect to the microphone input. This will work with just about any android or iOS mobile device (including iPhone 6 Plus) as long as it has a TRRS headphone input (which most phones do). Bear in mind this product is just a wireless receiver. We sell this in complete kits as well. You'll want to check out the WLX-PRO+i and WMS-PRO+i which are full systems that come with the required adapter cable for mobile devices.
