SRM450B Canvas Speaker Bag is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but over priced a These bags are good. I bought a pair of these with my original Mackies back in 2002. Within a few years they wore out and everything broke. I'm a full-time professional musician. They were getting use pretty much seven nights a week. They give you a shoulder strap to carry the bag like it's a bag on your shoulder. And it works.... but I wouldn't use it because it will break. It's a 50 pound speaker. I use it every once in a while when I'm in a pinch but other than that I know it's a no no . With tax I paid like 169 for the pair. without a doubt it's overpriced but there are no options. There are hardshell cases for as little as 250 that fit both speakers . So I knew what I was getting and I got them and I'm happy. Good bags

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bags, comfortable to carry I love these bags. Rented the Mackie SRM450's a couple times from a local DJ shop and they gave them to me in these bags. Had to carry the speakers into tight spaces and they were easy to carry on my shoulder. Much better than a hard case for casual use, easily to fit in the car, and seem very durable. Pockets for XLR and power cables great also!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heavy duty, but missing key feature These Mackie bags are sturdy and should stand up to the rigors of being hauled around different venues. But... there is a key feature missing, and one you have got to ask yourself what were they thinking? There are no side handles on the bag! It comes with a shoulder strap, which is fine, but not very practical when it comes to man-handling the SRM speakers in or out of vans or grip-trucks, or lifting onto carts. We have similar (but slightly smaller) cases for our Mackie TH-12 speakers, and they do have reinforced side handles, which are used all the time when moving the cases. Did no one at Mackie try using the cases in real-world situations before they went into mass production. Apparently not. Other than that one glaring fault, the SRM cases do their job well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST PROTECTION FOR YOUR SPEAKERS I own a pair of both the Mackie SRM 450 passive and active speakers (same size). I already owned these covers for my passive speakers, but not the active ones. My passive speakers still look brand new after hundreds of gigs thanks to these covers. I started playing some outdoor gigs and wanted the same great protection for my active speakers. Also, these covers make the speakers easy to carry. Just make sure your set the speaker into the cover in the correct direction (bottom speaker facing right side) for the best fit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from probably won't use it, but it was free This product came free with the purchase of a SRM450v2. Frankly, I don't see why I'd use it. It's a well made bag, but doesn't look like it'd provide much protection to the cab or electronics on the back of the cab. Might help with scratches, but not padded or hard enough to help with impact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Travel & Protect your gear in style.. Tough canvas bag for your precious equipment need no more looking, Mackie speaker bags have enough pockets to load your other important stuff like XLR cords or extension lines that power up your speakers & large shoulder straps & convenient carrying handles makes transporting your music alot easier plus keeps the dust off making sure the next time you take them out, its ready to rock!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality for the price I just took this bag on a business trip across the country and it made a huge difference. Those SRM 450s are heavy enough that it makes it difficult to travel with them without a cart. I was able to carry mine in the carrying case for quite a while before starting to feel tired. It's durable as well. and reduced the amount of dings and scratches that come so often with travel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The bag for the SRM450 Fits perfect and makes it easier to carry the 50 pound speaker. Good protection for hauling in the car. Better than the case from Gator.
