For maximum light output over long distance, the PAR reflector is better suited thanks to its highly-polished interior. This does come at the cost of light evenness, meaning that there is a more present bright-to-dark gradation from the center of the beam. Regarding compatibility - the Siros 800L protecting glass' design may case minor patterns or shadows in the light, visible if you're lighting a broad homogenous surface (like a flat textureless wall, or background paper). Using a completely frosted/matte glass dome will help counteract this. The P45 reflector is better suited for a homogenous (even) quality of light, though at cost of output.
