    Manfrotto 319 reviews

    319 75mm to 100mm Bowl Adapter is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very well built but be aware This adapter ring is very well built, with 3 holes to secure the plate to Manfrotto's own bowls. However, if like me, you bought this to fit bowls from other manufacturers, be aware that this particular adapter has a small lip at its base which will prevent it from sitting properly on all other bowls. I had to lathe mine out and it now sits perfectly in my Dromos Hi hat. I just thought if anyone else trying to save a few bucks decides to buy this adapter, you might want to look at other options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked lika a charm... Worked great adapting a Manfrotto 504HD to a set of Sachtler 100mm CF sticks. Great cheap alternative.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needed an adjustment ... For use on an Indie-Dolly Systems Slider with a 75 mm head. I had to file the plate which was too big but thereafter it does a good work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Works as intended but if it did not raise the seat (due to the lip) it would give me more thread for the bowl clamp knob in the bottom for non-Manfrotto legs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This bowel adapter adapts! This bowel adapter does exactly what it's supposed to do. It allows you to use a 75 mm ball head with 100 mm tripod bowels such as in the new manfroto hi-hat. The only thing it needs to make a 5 star rating is some sort of clamping mechanism or set screws to secure it to the tripod base it is used for. I imagine i'll be losing this adaptor any time now especially since i use the manfroto hi-hat on video movie sets and at this price, i can't really afford that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Will not adapt Sachtler head to Vinten legs Tried it with a CineDSLR and dice...the head is kept too high to allow the bolt to protrude below the 100mm bowl on the Vinten tripod, so you cannot attach the lower attachment. Nicely made though, and inexpensive, I am sure it fits something. For reference, the inner diameter of the top 75mm bowl on a Sachtler is 3 3/4 inches...on this adaptor that bowl diameter is 3 1/2 inches, which is why it will not drop down into it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incompatible with miller heads Bought this to fit a miller compass 15 head to a set of miller cf sticks. The adapter fit fine in the tripod bowl but the head was incompatible!! Bummer, thought I'd save a few bucks being the miller adapter is $160. This is however a nicely made piece, and is now shipping with 3 set screw holes. Manfrotto must have listened to all of your reviews. Too bad it didn't work for me. No hard feelings though!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Good Affordable Solution I used this to mount my 75mm Manfrotto head to a small portable jib with a 100mm bowl. It does the trick. It is a loose fit on the bowl and although they have added 3 holes to secure it there is nothing to screw it down to in my case. When it's in use it doesn't matter, and if I start to worry about losing it I might just tack it down with a couple drops of super glue.
