I bought it for my 536 tripod which is design for 100 bowl. The adapter fit my tripod perfectly. However, you need to find 3 mounting screw by yourself! Manfrotto should add the screws in the package!!!! So, 4 stars!

Does exactly what it says. One star deducted because the three screws that you need to fix it to a 100mm bowl tripod are not included...

Yes, the Manfrotto 319 75mm to 100mm Bowl Adapter would support and work with the Manfrotto 528XB legs to convert the 100mm bowl to 75mm. However, we can not confirm that the Sachtler FSB6 would mount properly and be supported work.

Will this ring work with the Manfrotto 536 tripod leggs? How does it attach? Screws??
It just goes between the tripod and the tripod head. There are no screws. The top of your tripod is like a bowl. You just put this adapter into that bowl and it makes the bowl bigger so it will support a 100mm head on a 75mm tripod. It's held in place by the head itself, once you tighten the screw for adjusting the level (I guess there is a screw after all).

I have a Manfrotto 3141B tripod which has a 100mm bowl. Will this work with it?
I don't have your very same tripod, however, in another configuration of using 75mm head on my 100mm tripod, this works perfectly. Perfectly, BTW, means you need to tighten it hard - but yes, this is the right thing for you!
