RC600 Wired Remote Control for PMD Series Recorders is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but does the job B&H's description of this remote switch says wristwatch but it actually designed to be attached to a microphone, not a wrist. It is certainly capable of starting and stopping recording, but it also allows marking tracks. This is very useful when recording vinyl albums.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from worked fine This remote worked well with the recorder. It was nice to be able to strap it to a boom pole. The strap itself felt flimsy and I was afraid it was going to tear. A velcro strap would probably feel better, but this one didn't slide around at all.
