Yes it does. It is hidden behind the large adjustment knob in the photo to the right.

I have a Slik Universal U-112 tripod and the head was damaged. I'm looking to replace it. would the Slik 504QF fit my old tripod?
Yes. Raise the center column up a few inches, so you can get a good grip on it. Now lock down the pan lock knob on the head and unscrew the head counterclockwise. This will expose the 1/4-20 thread post on top of the center column, that the 504 QF II head will attach to.

Will the Slik 504QF2H fluid head fit on the Slik ABLE 300dx?Will the original 4-way quick release mount (SLQR300DX) supplied with the Slik ABLE 300dx (SL300DX) work with the Slik 504QF2H fluid head???
The fluid head has a standard thread to mount to my tripod, so it was no problem to mount. The existing head from my tripod did not use the 4-way quick release, so I cannot comment on that.For an inexpensive fluid head, I really like the feel, I am happy with the performance so far, good value.

No you cannot do anything with it it will not fit
