The Chameleon MB is a mid-range bandwidth modular audio-video routing switcher that supports 30MHz throughput and offers a matrix capacity expandable up to 256 x 128. Once you own the Chameleon chassis, simply pick and choose from a wide selection of audio and video cards to change the input-output capacity of your switcher. This card is specifically designed to manage balanced stereo audio and features 32 inputs and 32 outputs. This card can easily be installed into your Chameleon unit by way of the hinged front panel on its 9U rack frame. Simply configure it in the available slot of your chassis to unlock its input-output capacity. Audio and video matrices in this series may be linked together and do not have to be the same size. The unit can also be programmed to separately route audio or audio-follows-video.
Default configuration and control of this card and all matrices can be managed via the Chameleon's front panel, remote keypad, or computer. The crosspoint matrix is controlled by a simple, yet versatile RS232 protocol.
