This is my 2nd copy of the power strip, and I also own two Furman power conditioners. I've had the first copy for at least 15 years and it's still going strong. When I needed protection for a stereo at work, I went straight to this without hesitation.

Fast delivery, I really appreciate that from a seller. I needed a few more outlets for wall warts. Plugged it in and it works. What can I say.

One of the reviews says this is not an actual power conditioner, and it is only a strip. IS this a power conditioner or a power strip or suppressor only?

That's what's advertised. I bought it to suppress power surges. A power conditioner is a device intended to improve the quality of the power that is delivered to electrical load equipment. I believe it does that.
