The Meade #546 Adapter allows your ETX-60, ETX-70 & ETX-80, DS-2000 and NG Series telescopes to be powered by an AC power source as opposed to their internal battery system. One side plugs in to the wall outlet or extension cord, and the other side simulates the tip of a 9-volt battery.
