This adapter is great for helping to maximize your investment in your Lectrosonics transmitter/receiver set up. This allows me to do two things - 1) I can now use a wired handheld mic with the Lectrosonics wireless beltpack for presenters who prefer to go that route instead of using a lav and 2) I can now connect into a mixer and get a wireless signal without running cables. It's got a little over 3 feet of cable to allow for a presenter to move the mic around and enough cable for convenient placement of the transmitter beltpack. Very handy!
