Wimberley FA-11 Adapter Plate for Nikon SC-29

There are two screw sockets on the bottom of the Wimberley FA-11 Adapter Plate for the Nikon SC-29 Shoe Cord , one for the included screw (and hex key) to connect the Wimberley FA-11 Adapter Plate for the Nikon SC-29 Shoe Cord to the threaded hole in the bottom of the Nikon SC-29 flash cord, and a second threaded hole to connect the setup to a Wimberley flash bracket. I bought this item to be used in conjunction with the Wimberly flash bracket and my SC 28. It is necessary if you have the SC-29 but optional if you have the SC-28. I found out after I purchased it that the SC -28 still will fit on the flash bracket without the adapter plate but it is still needed if you want to use the Wimberly AP-7 cold shoe flash adapter.
