I like the stand, I like the height, though it is a little unwieldy. I do not like the three connections, though necessary, as I did not get any instructions in how to use them and there are pieces that fall out when the wing nuts and allen screws are loosened up. I have Profoto B1x

This is my 3rd Norman stand. They are very well made and do everything mentioned in the advertising copy. They are sturdy and not flimsy or cheesy. This model is apparently the same as the original model from the 1980s, except this model is now all black. I like everything about this stand, but I do believe they are over priced.
