Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I was looking for neck strap similar to one that I have in my old Canon 30D ( I don't like branding %d Mark II or &D on straps these days they bring to much attention- Unfortunately it was not available at time of purchase so I decided to go for Pro Neck Strap 1. Here what I like in this strap - Main part looks solid - Much nicer with skin contact than my old 30D strap -It includes 2 quick release locks (clips) to make it short (similar to hand strap) - made of metal connections (rings) which turn 360 Degrees so you can correct your strap easily - Simple Canon EOS sign and that's it Here what I don't like -Poor finishing of part which is attached directly to camera (actually I had to use lighter to prevent from unraveling) -Even though I put that I like those quick release straps and they looks solid to me. I'm a little bit anxious that it so easy for someone else to unlock and....your camera is on the ground Something to think about So you cannot see before you buy it how the strap looks like and description is also poor See attached pics. I hope this review will ease your choice to purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Neckstrap! I use this to cut down the number of goodies in my bag. I bought a couple of them in order to leave just the connectors attached to the camera bodies, allowing me to use the same neck strap for all of my cameras. Something to look out for: Canon changed the connectors to a male and a female instead of 2 male connectors. So if you have/get the old model you will need to keep that in consideration when buying more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Take the hill! If you ever find yourself in a jam - incapacitated, pinned down far away from others, needing the right lens mount to shoot until your last gasp - this is the strap for you! The large logo allows others to quickly and confidently eliminate Nikon and Sony lenses to deliver deadly accurate mounting power in a hurry. Its two inch military-grade ballistic nylon keeps the back of your neck dry and protects your hairline from the elements, and the red stripe warns others to stay clear of your line of fire. The time-tested strap attachment with the fold-under plastic thingy makes sure your camera stays attached - forever. We've gone to great lengths to make sure this straps stays the perfect length, long after it isn't.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and disconnects As a professional photographer I typically prefer no strap on my camera, but lately heard from a couple friends the horror story of dropping their cameras because they weren't using a neck strap. As we have all experienced you get that one shot you really want and your neck strap falls in to the picture frame. The Canon neck strap it is comfortable for the most part (wish it was a bit wider with a shoulder pad), and the versatility of being able to disconnect it makes things a little safer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too long The strap is of good quality and I like the quick disconnect clips. The only issue is that it is quite longer than what I'm used to. The camera is at my belly button height, even when adjusted to the shortest length. It limits using my hands at some occasion at events. I need to order a different one. It would have been nice to have a warning, like saying it's extra long in the description.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Necessary Evil For years I have used this Pro neck strap on my 3 cameras, is not to wide just the right width and love the fact that you can detach part of it from the rest, to get rid of that necessary evil called camera strap; only thing is that you have to be very careful when you insert it on the camera's holders because the threads can get out of whack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have strap Need to get that strap off your camera in a hurry and use your tripod without it getting in the way? This strap is perfect. You thread the ends through the camera slots only once. The larger portion of the strap then has a Quick release snap on each end to quickly let your strap come off the camera without having to thread it off and on. Also more heavy duty than the strap that comes with the body. Highly recommend this strap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy strap for tripod photography This is a nice accessory when a camera is mounted on a tripod. Usually the neck strap supplied with a camera dangles down the back of a tripod mounted camera, overlapping the tripod (sometimes including its controlling adjustments), and may actually reach the ground depending on the height of the tripod (in which case one's knees can become entangled in the camera strap). This nuisance is overcome by the Pro Neck Strap since most of the strap can be easily disconnected from the camera by means of snaps on each side. The snaps feel quite secure and appear to be of good quality. Also, the small segments of straps remaining attached to the camera after the majority of the neck strap is disconnected and removed can be looped under the camera body and connected to each other in order to avoid having short dangling straps on each side of the camera. This is a good product sold at a very reasonable price.
