This Step-Up Adapter for P-Series Filter Holder to Z-PRO Series Filter from Cokin permits the use of a Z-PRO Series filter with a standard P-Series filter holder. Standard P-Series filter holders have three slots to accommodate P-Series rectangular filters. When installed, this adapter would occupy the rectangular filter slot on a standard P-Series filter holder that is furthest from the front of a lens that the holder is placed on.
After the Step-Up Adapter for P-Series Filter Holder to Z-PRO Series Filter is installed, two rectangular filter slots on a standard P-Series filter holder remain available for use. Each may be used to accommodate a Cokin P-Series filter. However, it is recommended to leave the filter slot directly behind the adapter empty. Doing so would prevent the adapter and a filter from coming into contact with each other.
