Would this fit on a Linhof 617s, the previous version of the 617siii?

According to Linhof: The 617 must have interchangeable lenses in order to use the ground glass back. Since the lens of 617s is permanently installed, the ground glass back will not work.

I don't see a removable film back on this camera. The back removes, but that means that it can not have film loaded in it, so I assume that means that the ground glass can't be used mid roll?

Unfortunately, the ground glass would only allow you to focus for that specific shot prior to loading a roll of film, so it cannot used mid-roll.

What does it include? Groundglass back (001640), linhof magnifier adapter (022621) and 3x schneider magnifier (022612)?

Aside from the actually ground glass back, it includes an integrated light hood.
