Canon CL-41 reviews

CL-41 Tri-Color Ink Tank is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Color ink for Canon Pixma IP1700 Just as I believe that Canon cameras should be equipped with Canon accessories, I also believe that Canon printers should be replenished with Canon brand ink. IMO, the couple of dollars one saves by buying an Office Store brand is penny wise and pound foolish. A major con, and I know this isn't exclusive to Canon printers. Ink cartridges are expensive and the Pixma guzzles ink like a 1975 Dodge Monaco. (My pendantic note: On my review of the related PG-40 cartridge, I stated guzzles ink like a 1975 Dodge Polara. 1973 was the final year for the Polara, which was replaced by the Monaco. But, the analogy between a Canon Pixma guzzling ink and a mid-1970's Dodge guzzling gasoline remains) Perhaps that is a slight exaggeration, but I think you get the message. For printing digital photos, it is sometimes less expensive to send them via the web to a photo lab than to use a large amount of ink on one's home printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy color prinint It is easy to get the Pixma IP 1600 to print just from the black cartridge, sooo for literally years that is exactly what we have done. But after reunion we found ourselves with over 100 snap shots that demanded to be printed. We had to buy the CL-41 color cartridge - but would we get reasonable printing after all these years? Well - not to worry - the printer and the CL-41 are printing great. Any deficiencies in these photos are solely and sadly the fault of the cameraman. Nice printer, convenient color cartridge, we will be buying more - thanks Canon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Standard OEM Ink OEM is the way to go for ink replacement. Can't say much about it other than the one I received might have been sitting in the wharehouse a bit too long since it appeared to have dried up a bit. Have used the same CL-41 replacements in the past and has worked well, again seems to have been an isolated incident.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its Ink--whats to say? It fits my printer, not like there's alot of choices, and it gets used up fairly quickly, just like every other brand. But at least its not terribly expensive. If you need color and black, B&H has a good price on the combo package.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Well the item came well packaged. The ink is great but the only thing not great about it is that the inkjet's color does not last very long compared to a laser. I do have to frequently change the cartridge. But again the item is good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Buy the Original I had previously purchased a ink cartridge that was NOT a name brand. It was a waste of money. Always stay with the same brand your printer is. Great Color, Installs in seconds. B&H shipped the item in one day.
