No, the Novoflex Proshift+ adapter does not attach directly to a Canon DSLR. The Proshift is designed to attach to the Balpro Bellows. The EF lens than attaches to the adapter and the other end of the bellows is attached to the DSLR. Additional adapters are needed as well.
