Coral Filters can be considered as both Color Correction and Color Effects Filters and are used to warm up cool lighting situations such as on overcast days. Coral filters are available in many densities and are ideal for maintaining a consistent color balance throughout a whole day of shooting or to create a sunset or dawn effect at any time of the day. A Coral 1 filter is the first step on the Coral ladder and adds a touch of yellow to your image. It adds warmth and are often used to create orangey skies.
