No, the OP/TECH USA Super Pro Strap (Design A, Black) will not fit the Mamiya 645 camera. Instead, the OP/TECH USA Super Pro Strap (Design B, Black), B&H # OPSSPBB, should fit the Mamiya 645 camera. Please note that Design B will not fit the M645 Super and M645 Pro versions. What you need is a OP/TECH USA design A connectors. The easiest way is to buy a OP/TECH USA System Connectors for Super Pro A straps from B&H. Then remove the design A connectors and attach them to your old camera strap.

With the changeable camera connectors you will need to verify the correct ends to fit your camera or if you use multiple cameras you can obtain just the connector ends to fit multiple cameras. After physically seeing the product, it appears that the neck piece will last a long time. Good investment!
