Fixed my broken PA speakers

I was gifted a pair of broken PA speakers recently, that included On-Stage stands. The stands did not fit the inserts in the speakers, but someone had forced it, breaking the original plastic inserts. I used the part number of the stands to find the size of insert needed and ordered these. Install was a snap, just a minute or two with a bit-driver to pull out the old screws, toss the broken plastic insert, and secure these with the included screws. These fit the stands perfectly, are a durable, high quality metal, and should last forever.

As Avertised and on time!

question

Would/could u use this stand as a floor mount/base fastenend to floor w/35mm standared pole & a QuikLok tv mount clamped up top? Strong/bug enough as a base/mount lagged into concrete for example.

I believe it would work as a base mount. Of course it depends on the weight of TV. We used ours mounted to floor of a wagon and had telescoping speaker stand where we mounted a K12 speaker that weighs right at 50lbs. Even with stand extended we could move the wagon and base holds fine and handles the weight and jostling.
