I Use This On A Sony URX-P40/UTX-B40 Lapel/Receiver On The Talent With A URX-P41D On The Cameraman Lapel. This Gives You Discreet 2 Way Communications For Videos.

Will this work with a stereo connection on a Sony P41D Headphone jack

Yes, the Voice Technologies VT600T IFB Earpiece will physically connect to the 3.5mm stereo headphone jack on a Sony P41D wireless receiver. The VT600T comes with a standard 3.5mm connector. The Sony URX-P41D receiver also has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. VT600T is a mono earpiece: It's designed for IFB (Interruptible Foldback) cue monitoring, which typically involves a single audio feed (mono) for clear speech reproduction. Sony P41D headphone jack is stereo: It's designed to output a stereo signal to headphones. You will still hear audio through the VT600T. However, if the P41D is outputting a stereo signal, you will only be hearing one channel of that signal (the left channel,only) .
