Cavi ion MB413B2-SENG Overview

The Cavision 4x4 Bellows Matte Box Kit for Sony ENG Camcorders features 15mm carbon rod support and a french flag. This model comes with a 82mm adapter for Sony DSR-400/450. Matte Boxes control light better than a regular lens shade and offer the videographer the ability to use high quality 4x4 glass filters for effect.

Bellows System
Bellows adjustment allows for maximum flare protection and adjust from 35 to 150mm.
Rod Support
The rod support system takes the weight off the camera lens and allows bellows and vertical adjustments.
French Flag
Allows for more light control from lens flare.
4x4 Filters
4x4 Glass Filters can be used with one stationary holder and one rotating for polarizers and gradient filters.

As an outdoor photographer (fly fishing films) I really do need a Matte Box, but I was a bit suspicious over this product as it had such a low price. When it arrived I wsa surprised as it turned to be a really professional Matte Box. After using it for a 2-week production I must say that I am reaaly satisfied! Perfect for a Sony DSR-450.
