The 6562 Slide Viewer #2 from Pana-Vue is a table top viewer for 35mm slides. It features a bright, 2x magnification on a clear 2 x 2" viewing screen. It operates on two AA batteries (not included) or on household current with optional Pana-Vue transformer.

This slide viewer kind of does the job, but it's not well designed. When I use it, the back repeatedly falls off and I have to reattach it; and when I push the slides down, I often have to do it more than once to get the light to go on. On the other hand, it's only $23. It's also possible I got a defective one.
Slide viewers became scarce & all others, were entirely too expensive. B&H offered a decent price for the PanaVue 2. Finally able to see slides that I haven't seen since either Ford or Carter was in office. Yes. I do recommend
