This Pro Co Sound Y-Cable is an insert patch cable that allows you to connect your computer's sound card—or a minidisk recorder —to patchbays, mixers, or powered monitors. This cable has a stereo 3.5mm mini plug at one end, and two 1/4" male plugs at the other. It measures 5' long.

The cable works well, but the length of the two 1/4” segments is a little short to reach monitors that are placed on a 4 foot wide desk. It would be a 5 star product of those sections of the cable were each about 6” longer. I had to buy two 12” long 1/4” couplers to make it work with my setup.
I needed a cable that would run from dual 1/4 outputs on a mixer to the audio input on my PC. The PC and mixer are not next to each other, so I needed a longer cable. This one filled my needs perfectly!
